GREENHOUSE made a practical and affordable home maintenance package that can cover most of your home maintenance needs all year round.
The Total Home Maintenance Program works like this:
1. You pay an annual fee based upon the square footage of your home. The price of your first year will be only $0.85/square foot. So, if your home is 1,500 square feet, your price will be $1,275.00.
2. Our customer service staff comes out for an initial inspection of your home to look at the overall condition of your house and check for abnormal wear and tear. The inspections will last between 1 to 3 hours. After the inspection they will discuss t the findings to you.
3. Our highly trained staff will perform the seasonal home maintenance checklist listed in our maintenance package lists like changing air filters, tighten plumbing fixtures, complete minor touch up paint, caulk areas where caulk is failing, repair minor cracks in grout, seal windows and doors, and repair minor damages to drywall and baseboard.
4. If any major items need to be repaired that is not covered by our warranty or maintenance package, we will assist you in doing the proper steps to address the problem. We will submit a bid and a comprehensive recommendation and remediation to fix the problem.
